I know, I'm late. This popped into my head this morning, and I had to draw it. But I'm too lazy to color. XD;;;

OK so this one caught my eye because this is a perfect example of a "reference!/style" ratio or reference does not match up to the style you are going for. This is a common problem with anime style drawings I see. Even I encounter this problem because I use a lot of my knowledge of anatomy to draw up character designs and it's hard to cope with the style I'm trying to achieve because I am relying to much on realistic anatomy. I can tell that you uses a reference because the anatomy of the body is very well done and realistic. It looks like a real person from solders down. then the face is done in a style that you would normally see on an almost too skinny body. Take a look at anime characters such as Hatsune Miku for example. She is so skinny that she should be an anorexic or dead. But with the style, she doesn't look to skinny at all, the body is exaggerated just as the anime-face, the eyes and mouth are also exaggerated. You want to keep a uniform style throughout the whole character design. Otherwise, the character could look a little "fat" like this particular girl does.
the drawing is good, clean lines and good anatomy. not too many proportion problems. I would try to fix those errors and color it. Then you will have a fine piece on your hands. -_^
